Hi Yelena,
I did post this on another (very old) thread, and it didnt get any attention, so I thought I would start another.
I have:
-already got FCG working on a site that uses the same plugins and theme, they are, to my eyes, identical.
-disabled all plugins
-changed to the default theme
-deleted and uploaded FCG twice
As I have trawled through the forum I have ensured that I have ticked all the boxes...I just cant see what is wrong. I have attached some pix:
This shows the frame where FCG should be
Configuration
articleimg set up
I am using the lifestyle theme
the url is http://fishingstuffonline.com
the other site that functions is at http://education-bookstore.com
Any help appreciated

I haven't done anything yet, coz no one has offered a solution. Things are still the same on fishingstuffonline.com as you can see.

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

Re: Small frame only, no Pic or text
it does not look like it has those permissions, because when I try to see this fcg link in gallery
http://fishingstuffonline.com/wp-conten ... ery.js.php in browser, it gives me nothing, it could be some host restrictions, talk to your host

Hi Yelena,
The wp-contents and FCG folders do have 755 permissions, even if it doesn't appear so. I now have FCG working perfectly on 2 other sites. On the fishingstuffonline.com site I will not pursue fcg as it is not imperative there.
Thanks for your wonderful support and a great product
