streamline theme - fcg not displaying at all?

Hello,

I have successfully installed fcg on a previous url. I was using posts as opposed to pages. On my new website I have installed the fcg plugin and set up the plugin with page id's but nothing is showing, not even the image box. I have tried switching off the other plugins and tried various image url combinations. I have tried deleting and re installing the plugin but I am now at a loss. I have rechecked everything with my other working site but I cannot see where I am going wrong with this one.

I know it must be me but can anyone suggest a solution please.

UPDATE

Have just changed theme and fcg now displays in another theme ok! I guess I will have to figure out whats wrong with the streamline theme!!!
