The gallery is not working

My name is Franca i´m from Spain. I need help with the gallery.
I don´t know much about wordpress. my site is http://www.tratamientodehemorroide.com/

I dont know where to put the code i look for the index.php file and know it´s looks like this

the gallery it´s working but I can´t see the customs file options in the posts in my dashboard. I can only see it for the pages. I think may be is because of that.
