The very known white box

PostBy ezelrengo on Tue Aug 31, 2010 12:12 pm

First of all, I'd like to thank you for the support you're giving to everybody, I've read a lot of topics, but I couldn't find a solution for my issue.
As the title says, I'm having the 'white box' problem: my website shows a white box where the FCG should be. The strangest part is that with firebug I'm able to see the data from the FCG in the code, so I don't know why it doesn't load.

My web: http://espacioiniciativa.com.ar/
I've already tried changing the jd.gallery.js.php script with one you posted here, disabling all plugins, etc. but nothing seems to fix this, so I would be very thankful if you could give it a look and see if there's something evidently wrong.
Thank you! :D

PS: the original template included a featured content box, but I've eliminated it, so it shouldn't have nothing to do with this.

your theme menu based on mootools, and fcg uses mootools, so there is 2 set of mootools in <head> tag of your site, which causes the conflict, if your remove this script source from header
http://espacioiniciativa.com.ar/wp-cont ... core-yc.js, fcg probably will start working, but your menu probably will start to have some issues.
there is no solution, except find another theme...

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

I really appreciate your help, but I changed the header, renamed those mootools files (the ones in the theme folder) and it didn't work either :? , so I don't know where the problem is, but it's more likely that the theme has something to do.
Anyway, thanks a lot for the support. ;)
