1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

1. check if you followed instructions..80% of problems here "YOU-Gallery" conflict..users problems ---- wrong numbers, images do not exist, misspelled custom fields, categories, etc.
2. what to explain about this...turn off all your other plugins to exclude jquery mootools conflict to see if gallery started working..if yes, one by one turn on other plugins every time checking if gallery stops working. if gallery did not start working after you turn off your plugins, then go to 3.
3. with turn off plugins, try to change the theme to default, if gallery started working it means theme has conflict with fcg(javascript problems - theme and fcg are not compatible). Then with default theme turn on your plugins one by one..this is to check may be plugins have conflict too
