Where to insert code

I have the plug-in in my directory and have activated it, but I'm not clear on step 4.

4. Add this code anywhere in your WordPress theme files where you want the gallery to display:

Where exactly do add this code? Is it the glide.css or reset.css or style.css? And what line about would I add it to?

Sorry for the newb question, but help would be appreciated.

I watched the vid on how to install it and see were it shows to add the code. I have added it but it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem as the gallery is still not displaying at all.

NM it's up and working, but the images aren't showing up. I feel like I can figure that part out though. Thanks.
