Where to place the code in Lifesyle/Genesis theme?

PostBy Erlind on Wed Oct 05, 2011 3:36 am

Hi,

Must have been some changes since I last used this Gallery.
I have the Lifestyle Child/Genesis theme and I don´t understand
where to put the code.

I only have functions.php, home.php, adsense.php and sidebar-bottom.php.
The home.php don´t show where to put the code. Instead it has some info
about dynamic content gallery. From top it looks like this:

<?php get_header(); ?>

<?php genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap(); ?>
<div id="content-sidebar-wrap">

<?php genesis_before_content(); ?>
<div id="content" class="hfeed">

<?php if( function_exists('dynamic_content_gallery') ) : ?>
<div class="dcg">
<?php dynamic_content_gallery(); ?>
</div><!-- end .dcg -->
<?php endif; ?>

Just wonder where to put the code?

from this piece of code, I see you have dynamic content gallery, it is similar to fcg, but not fcg. You can not use both
if you want fcg, remove this part
Code: Select all
<?php if( function_exists('dynamic_content_gallery') ) : ?>
<div class="dcg">
<?php dynamic_content_gallery(); ?>
</div><!-- end .dcg -->
<?php endif; ?>

and put the gallery call there

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict

Thanks!

I got the loading procedure now started.
Loading all the time on the site.

But I can´t find the Custom Fields under each page/post.
Any idea?
