Just installing the tool into wordpress. Where do I put this code?

I only have the following php files available. I want the gallery to show on my front page which is based on the lean magazine wordpress theme - http://www.iloveyouwp.com/lean-magazine ... theme.html

Main Index Template (index.php)
Page Template (page.php)
Search Results (search.php)
Sidebar (sidebar.php)

If anyone could tell me where I should put the code it would be appreciated,
