WordPress 3 Support

PostBy zach21uk on Tue Jun 29, 2010 3:08 am

I have tried installing this on my WordPress 3.0 website, however the plugin does not work. I can install it, and access the admin area, set featured posts, etc.

Then when I got to my website, the image from the featured post shows, and the "arrows" over the image to go to the next one are shown, however, the image never changes, no text overlay displays over the image, and when you click the arrows, nothing happens.

Is there a way to get it working?

FCG is working 100% with WP 3.0.

I do not know how techy/geeky you are or want to be, but the fastest way to find out what went wrong is to do a "View Page Source" and scan for <div id=myGallery>.
Directly below that are the blocks of 5 lines per featured post/page. Each block of 5 lines is wrapped between <div class="imageElement"> and </div>.
See if you find odd/missing URLs in the anchor tags (<a></a>) for the 2nd, 3rd, etc images. (The ones ending with class="full".)

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

Hello I am using the twenty ten theme for wordpress 3.0 and I am trying to put FCG in the header however when I do it ends up showing the posts on every page rather than the page I have my postings assigned to. I would like the FCG to be viewed on every page but still be able to view the pages content. Here is the link to my site http://www.themachinate.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
