WordPress MU 2.7.1 compatible?

Greetings,

The Featured Content Gallery looks really great and it is exactly what I am looking for. However, I tried to run it on 2.7.1 MU and it would not function correctly. After I installed I realized that it was 2.7 MU compatible but not 2.7.1. Is there anything I can do to fix this in the code to make it work?
