i figure it out...I copied your source and save it as page, removing line by line of javascripts gave me
that

this line makes fcg not working
I have no idea what this code does for you site...

okay, i got it working again, thanks for your wake up call. lol
anyway, my problem with jd.gallery.js.php still exists. if you look at line 9 of the image below you'll see it's one of the longest loading files i have. is there any way you or i can cut the load time of this file? it would be a great help. load times make a world of difference.
i mean, the file on line 5 is over 55 KB and jd.gallery.js.php is 25 KB, but it loads a LOT slower

i noticed that jd.gallery.css has also been loading very slowly most of the time too, sometimes as much as the previous file

I do not see any problem with this..since you site is heavy and busy..a lot of things is going on on it....lag in half second when gallery loads after everything else loaded is nothing...
the whole thing loads slow..is a problem of you site heaviness

that wasn't half a second. each long bold line is one second. and look at it relative to everything else
