does your time load reduce significantly when you turn off fcg? can I see?

I see a little difference..but you site is still slow..
to finish this conversation, I do not know for now how to reduce fcg loading time))..may be later will find solution...when I will have time..since fcg is our project for spare time..

try going back again. i see a HUGE difference. I measured it on several page load test sites and the time about double with FCG

only solution I see, is change reference in content-gallery.php
from jd.gallery.js.php to jd.gallery.js
but you will loose functionality of some settings in fcg options page, but probably time load will change

I should have previously stated that I've attempted each "fix" listed on here. I've deactivated every other plugin, deleted and reinstalled FCG, etc. I looked for the mentioned java lines in my site, but haven't seen comparable lines of code.
I have a seriously hard time believing that this isn't a conflict with 2.8. I'm not trying to be nasty or mean, but to have it working on the exact same site, with the exact same plugins (the only difference being 2.7.1 vs 2.8) what is one to believe is the problem? I really like this plugin and I was so excited the first time I used it b/c of it's ease of use and great look-I think it's a great addition to any website, however it's also a pain in the neck right now.
